For Existing Clients

I encourage you to book your sessions ahead, especially during busier months, to make sure you can reserve a time that works best for you. If you don’t see any availability, or if the time slots available don’t fit your schedule, please add yourself to the waitlist with your preferred times. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

Individual Therapy- Adult (age 19+)

One-on-one counselling sessions are available in-person, by phone, or via telehealth (video). Choose between 60- or 90-minute sessions. Before booking your initial session, please complete a free consultation call if you haven’t done so already.


Individual Therapy- Youth (Age 18 and under)

One-on-one therapy sessions are offered in-person or via telehealth (video). Choose between 30- or 60-minute sessions. Before the initial session, please complete a free consultation call if you haven’t done so already. Youth aged 12 to 18 can provide their own consent as mature minors and do not require parental consent—though it is encouraged. **For children under 12, therapy is available... Read More

Youth aged 12 to 18 can provide their own consent as mature minors and do not require parental consent—though it is encouraged. **For children under 12, therapy is available only with therapist approval before booking and requires both parental consent and the child’s assent.**


Couples Therapy

Couples and partners of all relationship structures are welcome. Sessions are offered in-person or via telehealth (video). Choose between 60- or 90-minute sessions. For the initial session, the therapist will meet with the couple to complete a relationship assessment. The therapist will then meet with each partner individually to complete an individual assessment. After completing individual assessments, ongoing therapy sessions will continue as a couple.

For the initial session, the therapist will meet with the Parent(s) to discuss family therapy goals. The therapist will then meet with the whole family to complete a Family Assessment. The therapist may also meet with individual family members for an Individual Assessment (if necessary). Follow-up family sessions may involve the whole family or other arrangements (e.g., siblings, parents, parent-child).
